By DEER & DOE, Azara Skirt is a paper sewing pattern.
Garment Details: High-waisted midi-length skirt with angled design lines.
VERSION A: Is buttoned in the front.
VERSION B: Has an invisible zipper in the back.
Sizing: This is a multi-size pattern, including sizes 34 to 46. Sizes 48, 50 and 52 are only available in PDF format please shop direct with Deer & Doe Patrons de couture. Sizing guide can be found here.
Fabric Suggestions: Chambray, lawn, linen, light weight denim, lightweight wool. Lining: rayon, silk, cotton voile. Allow extra fabric to match stripes or plaids.
Fabric used for Version A: Chambray.
Fabric used for Version B: Lightweight wool.
Fabric used for the lining is a rayon.
Fabric requirements: Main fabric 150cm fabric width: 1.9 metres or 115cm fabric width: 2.5 metres. Lining 150cm width: 1.6 metres or 115cm width: 2 metres.
Trims required: 1 metre of wide twill tape 2.5cm wide. Version A: 1 metre lightweight fusible interfacing and eight 15mm buttons. Version B: a 30cm invisible zipper and one 15mm button.
Skill Level: The pattern is placed at a Level 4 out of 5, on the Deer & Doe pattern skill scale, which means you should be confident using all types of fabrics and sewing a broad range of different garment types.
