Garment Details:  A traditional pair of easy fitting dungarees. A hard-working wardrobe staple featuring classic detailing and optional top stitching. 

Sizing: This is a multi-size paper pattern in an envelope, including sizes UK 6–18 or 18-28.  These dungarees are meant to be oversized. Sizing, finished garment measurements and fabric requirements can be found here.

Stripey dungarees – M&M Ecru Cordlaine. Model wear size 14. 

Black dungarees – M&M 9oz Utility Black. Model wears size 8. 

Denim dungarees – M&M Kojima. Model wears size 12.

Pale dungarees – M&M 11.5oz Ecru Denim. Model wears size 12.

Navy dungarees – M&M 12oz Organic Painter's Navy. Model wears size 12.

Model Larli is wearing the Harlenes in Appolina 8oz Sanded Twill. Larli is a UK size 20, and 5.11. The legs were lengthened to accommodate her height.

Model Claire is wearing the Harlenes in 9oz Hemp/Organic Cotton Denim, Claire is a UK size 26, and 5.8.

Fabric Suggestions: Medium weight woven cloth, 8–11oz denim, cotton canvas, cotton drill, cotton twill, corduroy, yarn dyed linen. If you are using a thick fabric you may decide to cut the waistband and button fly pieces out of a thinner fabric to reduce bulk.

Trims required: Matching thread, 1 x contrasting thread (optional: Gütermann Mara70 recommended), Harlene Hardware kit or 2 x 40mm dungaree clips, 2 x 40mm adjustable sliders, 6 x 15mm hammer on buttons (or sew on buttons), 0.5metres of lining fabric for pocket, fly and waist facing. If you fabric is light to medium weight you could use ‘self’ fabric for the fly and waist facing.

Skill Level: Suitable for an intermediate skill level.

All seam allowances are included and 1.5cm unless otherwise stated.

    Great dungarees in Green

    This pattern was great to sew and instructions where easy to follow. I made them in a green wide wale cord fabric and they are so comfortable to wear. Highly recommend
