Garment Details: Pleiades 2 is a short dress, that sits just above the knee, with an inverted V-Cut bodice, various collar, skirt and statement sleeve options to choose from. View 1: Features a button down front and several shirt collar options: shirt collar, pussy bow collar or a stand up collar, three sleeve options with an optional shoulder strap . View 2: Features a slit neckline and small stand up collar, again three sleeve options and two skirt variations.

Sizing: This is a multi-size pattern, including sizes XS-XL (2-16) or XL-6XL (16-34). Sizing guide, finished garment measurements and fabric requirements can be found here.
Fabric Suggestions: The Pleiades 2 dress pattern is designed for woven fabrics such as crepe, twill, poplin, double gauze, cotton, viscose, polyester, linen or Tencel. This pattern looks amazing in velvet and a lightweight denim.
Trims required: Matching thread, 11 small buttons (11mm or so) for View 1, a 55cm (21inch) zipper for View 2, 2 small buttons for shoulder straps (optional). Interfacing in the right weight for your fabric.
Skill Level: The pattern is placed at a Level 3 out of 5, on the French Poetry pattern skill scale, which means you should be at an intermediate skill level. View 1 only requires to know how to make a buttonhole and sew a button (not explained as it varies according to your sewing machine). View 2 requires to install a zipper (explained in video, as well as other technical aspects, in the help & tutorials part on the French Poetry website).
