Garment Details: The Worker Trousers are the ultimate everyday trousers. Fitted on the hips with a slight balloon in the leg for volume & comfort. 

Sizing: This is a multi-size pattern, including sizes 4-28. Sizes run true to UK sizing - full sizing details, including finished garment measurements can be found here.

Fit notes: These trousers are slightly lower on the high waisted spectrum, sitting comfortably above the hip but not too high up the waist. They are cut to fit neatly on the body & hips and then flare slightly on the thigh and taper in again at the ankle.

Fabric Suggestions: These trousers work well in mid-heavy weight denims and twills.

Fabric requirements: Fabric width 150cm | Sizes 4 - 12 = 130cm | Sizes 14 - 20 = 180cm | Sizes 18 - 28 = 225cm

Fabric width 110cm | Sizes 4 - 20 = 210cm | Sizes 18 - 28 = 225cm

Trims required: Matching thread, Self fabric, fabric for pocket bags & binding - a 40cm strip of lightweight cotton (any width of fabric), 4 x big buttons (around 2.5-3cm) or 1 x big button and 15cm zip, thread, about 40cm of good quality fusing

Skill level: Intermediate sewers (you will need extra ambition and focus for the fly area)

Construction techniques: Concealed button fly or zip fly with binding detailing, side pockets, patch pockets, waistband & belt loops.
