This fabric is indigo dyed. A unique hand block from Jaipur.
Traditional hand block and dye techniques are used to make this wonderful rural cloth.
A summer weight dressmaking cotton.
Suitable for tops, light trousers, and dresses. Suitable patterns: Ellis & Hattie, The Dress Shirt, The Trapeze, The Camber Set, The Factory, The Skipper, The Tee Shirt pattern, The Edie, The Top 64.

For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
