Garment Details: The Pipit Duster will be a new favourite piece for your handmade wardrobe. Style with basics underneath and the possibilities with this are endless!
Common Stitch have incorporated a couple of different side seam options - simply closed or with a side split. Along with optional sleeve tabs for a pulled up sleeve look and also the option of a belt + belt loops. As always this has inseam pockets - choose from one or two!
Sizing: This is a multi-size pattern, including AUS sizes 6-24. Sizing chart can be found here and finished garment measurements can be found here.
Mahlia wears a size 8 in mustard + paprika linen.
Ali wears a size 8 in blue cotton.
Charlie wears a size 10 in peach cotton.
Refer to the size chart to find your correct size.
Fabric Suggestions: The Pipit Duster is designed for woven fabrics. Look for light to mid-weight linen, linen blends, silk noil, double gauze, cotton ikat, Indian handlooms, cotton sateen, cotton or Tencel voile, lawn, light chambray or light denim. Additional fabric may be required if you have directional fabric or will be pattern matching.
Fabric Requirements: Based on 140cm wide fabric - sizes 6-10: 3.1 metres, sizes 12-16: 3.2 metres and sizes 18-24: 3.4 metres. Based on 110cm wide fabric - sizes 6-16: 3.8 metres and sizes 18-24: 4 metres.
Trims required: Matching thread and 2 x 12mm buttons.
