Garment Details: The Frida Shirt is a simple and versatile piece with some lovely finishing details.

The PDF Pattern comes with in depth written instructions, an A4 tile copy, US Letter tiles and an A0 version.

Sizing: This is a multi-size pattern, including sizes 6-28. Sizes run true to UK sizing - full sizing details, including finished garment measurements can be found here.

Fit notes: This garment is fitted on the shoulders with a fairly boxy fit from the bust down. It finishes just at the lower hip and features a simple sleeve that finishes at the wrist bone.

Suitable fabrics: Light weight cottons and linens are perfect for this style.

Fabric requirements: 

Self Fabric width 150cm | Sizes 6 - 12 = 125cm | Sizes 14 - 20 = 150cm | Sizes 18 - 28: 160cm

Self Fabric width 110cm | Sizes 6 - 12 = 190cm | Sizes 14 - 20 = 220cm | Sizes 18 - 28: 230cm 

Trims required: Matching thread, 5 x small buttons, 1 x spool of thread, either matching or contrast, a small strip of fusing for the buttons stands

Skill level: A good piece for committed beginners > intermediate sewers. This style has a pre-recorded online workshop option for those interested in improving their sewing techniques.

Construction techniques: French seam, flat binding, patch pocket, armhole ease

You will receive both an A4, A0 & US Letter size digital pattern along with step by step sewing instructions. You can either print your pattern at home on an A4 printer or send the A0 digital copy to a printing shop (there are many that do this for a very reasonable price). If you decide to print in A4 you will need to piece the tiles together to make one huge page. There is a guide on how to do this included in the instructions.
