FINISHED GARMENT MEASUREMENTS

You can find your French Poetry size based on your measurements or ready-to-wear size (US, EU, UK, AU, international) using the Size guide. Please find below the finished garment measurements. This dress is fitted and designed for stretch fabrics. If in between sizes, choose the smallest one. Sizes are calculated for a fabric with 30% to 50% stretch. If your fabric has less stretch than this, you will need to size up. If it has more stretch, we recommend choosing another fabric as it may cause gaping/unwanted stretch at neckline.
Garment length is measured from highest point of shoulder to hem.

The pattern was entirely re-done for these sizes: it was not just graded in bigger sizes, it was conceived specifically for this size range to offer a flattering cut, and tested out on live models.

The amount of fabric required is calculated with a small safety margin of 4 to 6 inches (10 to 15cm). Increase quantity for pattern matching if your fabric has a pattern on it.
