Garment Details: If you‘re looking for a casual dress that you can live in any day of the week and feel good wearing, then The Gathered Dress is perfect for you.

The Gathered Dress has been created with the modern woman in mind. From the school run to the office, The Gathered Dress will help you to feel stylishly smart yet comfortable.

For the adult version, we‘ve added a more modern raglan sleeve but have kept the charming gathered waist at the back – an interesting and different style line, and ideal for days when you don‘t feel like wearing fitted clothes.

Other features include a slim front silhouette, invisible zip and two different sleeve lengths. We’ve also added a dart at the shoulder to create an amazing finish. It‘s an ideal pattern for beginners as well as intermediates that want a quick, easy sew.

Sizing: This is a multi-size pattern, including sizes UK 6-22. Sizing and fabric requirements can be found here and finished garment measurements can be found here. 

The Gathered Dress pattern is also available in kid's sizing.

Fabric Suggestions: Lightweight to medium weight fabrics - wovens, denim, chambray, crepe, silk, viscose & cotton.

Trims required: Matching thread, 56cm/22“ invisible zipper, 1m x 5mm elastic for gathering, 0.25m iron on interfacing

Seam allowances are included in the pattern. 

Beautifully packaged printed patterns include an instruction booklet and one or more pattern sheets, depending on the size of the product.
